Privacy Policy

It is the policy of the Pittsburg Community School District to provide a positive and productive learning and working environment, free from discrimination, including discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, creed, age (for employment), marital status (for programs), sexual orientation, gender identity and socioeconomic status (for programs) in its educational programs and hiring practices. Harassment, hazing, intimidation, menacing behavior, or bullying by students, staff or third parties is strictly prohibited and shall not be tolerated in the district.
